Principal Biographies

Terry R. Linderoth, AIA, Principal, and Founder of Linderoth Associates, Inc., leads the firm’s commitment to the creation of exceptional and stimulating spaces for people with over 30 years experience in the residential production housing design field. In addition to his architectural registration in Arizona, Terry holds licenses to practice architecture in California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah and Washington. He is a member of the American Institute of Architecture and holds certification with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

Jerry Strimbu, Vice President of Linderoth Associates, Inc. Prior to joining the Linderoth team Jerry served as President and Co-Founder of Vespa Arizona, LLC. Jerry's strong background in Human Resources has lead him to leadership positions with many leading US companies. Jerry received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia.

Tim Dodt, Architect and Director of Design, guides his team of professional designers, whose credentials include 2 registered architects, 2 architects-in-training, all of whom are architecture graduates from accredited NAAB universities. The Design staff has a combined experience of over 37 years at Linderoth Associates, Inc.
