Our History

Defining and enhancing the southwestern lifestyle has always been a goal of Scottsdale architect Terry R. Linderoth since his arrival in Arizona approximately 40 years ago. A native of Michigan, Terry Linderoth associated with the prestigious design firm of Bennie M. Gonzales Associates for several years until opening Linderoth Associates, Inc. in 1977.

Since its inception, the firm has been defining the leading edge of architectural and land planning concepts.  Linderoth Associates, Inc. was the first to introduce patio home “Z Lot”, “Key lot”, and “wide-shallow lot” planning configurations in addition to distinctive cluster housing and multi-family housing design concepts to many Southwest developers.

Involvement in residential solutions, ranging from high density multi-family and detached clustered dwellings to single family homes, has given us the opportunity to produce innovative and cost effective designs for clients wishing to set themselves apart from the competition.

Linderoth Associates, Inc. prides itself on its dedication to the community it serves throughout the process of architecture, believing that exceptional design must be complemented by exceptional construction knowledge and documentation.  To this need Linderoth Associates, Inc. applies the latest in technology to create three-dimensional visualization presentation and product development techniques, as well as frequent communication with the many Code and forensics specialists, manufacturers, and craftsmen in the construction industry to better address innovation in architecture.
